Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy on all unused and unopened bedding products. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customized or sale items are not eligible for returns.

To exchange a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please reach out to our customer support team to initiate the process.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or washed bedding, cushions, pillow covers, or any other fabric items. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before use.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Damaged Items & Shipping
