At Layaan Homes, we prioritize your comfort, and our policies are designed to be simple and stress-free. We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure every item is inspected before dispatch. However, we request you to inspect your parcel upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at support@layaanhomes.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In your email, please include your Order Number, a photo of the product, and a copy of the invoice.
  • You will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address, which will be provided by our support team.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed once the product is received in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A processing fee of Rs. 49 will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want you to love the comfort of Layaan Homes. If the replacement item you have requested is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or bank account.

3. Warranty & Care Policy

Layaan Homes offers a 30-day limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Product Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your bedding, we recommend the following:

  • Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water.
  • Avoid using harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners.
  • Air-dry in the shade to preserve the fabric's integrity.
  • Avoid machine-drying or using high heat, as it may reduce the product's life and softness.
